At 42 years old, I was at the top of my professional game as an executive recruiter, yet my dating love life was completely stuck. I dated a lot but constantly compromised my values, was unsure how to ask for what I wanted and deserved, and was attracted to people who weren’t good matches for me. None of it was leading to the fulfilling and lasting love I yearned for. I had so much to offer, yet could not find the right person who would fully appreciate me.
I changed my mindset, my plan, my patterns and my behavior and it worked! I found success in love.
MY AHA MOMENT.
After years on an emotional roller coaster of unsuccessful relationships, I developed and followed a plan to date differently. One day, in a flash of clarity, I decided to approach dating just as I would a work problem. Combining my recruiting and coaching skills with my years of therapy and self-help reading, I created a sensible, straightforward plan to date a completely new way. With patience and trial and error, I discovered this purposeful approach to finding love worked!
As I tested my new dating approach, I felt empowered and in control of the dating process for the first time in my life. I learned to make smart dating decisions aligned with my values and goals. At age 45, I found love with an amazing person!

Before starting DateWise, I was a veteran of the business world which included executive search, coaching and financial consulting for companies such as Randstad/Tatum, Orion Resources, Deloitte and Ajilon. My focus had always been on assisting clients with defining their issues and creating valuable and effective solutions to meet their executive needs and goals.
