Summary of things to do before our next session:
1. Start to work on writing about Letting Go – Moving forward.
2. Processes feelings & emotions. Process built up resentment and anger. Practice getting present with what you’re feeling in your body.
3. Learn more about emotional unavailability and fear of intimacy.
4. Start working on knocking down your inner critic voice and creating stronger self esteem.
5. Come up with creative way to celebrate you.
6. Work through Step 2 and start putting together your change plans for each of your target behaviors.
7. Add to Target Behaviors as we discussed.
