follow up from today’s call 5/10/16

Hi Kelly, Good call this morning. Here are the follow up items we discussed:

* Try the exercise in the Self Esteem Tool. If it feels hard, then skip it and go ahead with Exercises D & E in step 2. Writing about the Wonderful You & Creating Your Pedestal. If you’re comfortable, get input from others you trust to describe things about you that are great. Sometimes we need to hear it from others when we can’t see it ourselves.

* Consider documenting Letting Go/Moving Forward for Jack/Paul.

* Update your Target Behaviors & Goals.

* Document your Aha Moments in your online DateWise Personal Journal. That way it’s helpful for me to see them too. Test your entry first to make sure it’s saving properly.

* Read the other 2 sets of tools: My Must-Have Dating Tools and Tools for Finding the Right Words. Both contain some great articles that might help you work through some of the doubt you’re feeling.

Continue:

* Practice “when you say/do…I feel…” Try it with other people.

* Continue with Seven Levels of Intimacy.

* Notice how you’re feeling when you see your family…just see if you can identify the emotion and where you’re feeling it in your body. Only if you feel like trying.
